JP Weir Consulting will assess the viability of the local market for your product and will measure your profit potential for endeavoring in the region.
Step 2
JP Weir Consulting checks the local rules and regulations as to whether your goods can be imported into the country and whether an import license is necessary from the government.
Step 3
JP Weir Consulting identifies the import target country and conducts general market research for your goods.
Step 4
JP Weir Consulting will locate at least 5 potential buyers/distributors in the target country through various sources while investigating the buyer's credit rating through a bank or any other third party. We will then arrange meetings for your company’s representative.
Step 5
JP Weir Consulting will attend and assist in the presentation of your products and company profile to the potential buyer/distributor.
Step 6
JP Weir Consulting will work with you to identify the best qualified regional company to further the relationship after the meetings.
Step 7
If the qualified regional buyer/distributor agrees to your terms and conditions, and if the credit rating on the buyer is found acceptable, JP Weir Consulting will help you conclude the sales contract.
Step 8
JP Weir Consulting will follow up with any regional company you sign terms with for a period of 6 months to ensure things run smoothly and the contract is honoured. We will also refer banking and legal assistance if required. If your product is subject to export licensing, we will assist in obtaining it with the relevant government organization.
